AI-generated identity and copy can be incomplete or wrong. Sellers must review authenticity, attribution, condition, grades, material claims, quantities, and image fidelity before publication. LotDone is not an appraisal or authentication service.
Originals and generated images have different roles
A source photograph is evidence of what was captured. An edited image is a candidate presentation. Review markings, hardware, piece count, patterns, color, and visible wear rather than assuming a polished image is a faithful one.
Destination access is separate
A compatible file is not authorization to access a marketplace account. Use your selling platform’s supported import and your own approved access. Do not give us account passwords in a contact form.
What this website does
The public site explains the product and proposed plans. It does not process catalog lots, accept bids, collect card data, or give access to another customer’s records. Contact delivery is only active after the operator connects and verifies it.
Before commercial onboarding
Ask for the current service agreement, data-handling terms, retention schedule, subprocessors, export capabilities, and account-access controls for the workspace you will use. Any special security requirements belong in that review.
No borrowed certifications
A hosting or AI provider’s certification is not automatically a LotDone certification. This website makes no SOC 2, ISO certification, 24/7 staffing, or guaranteed uptime claim.
