EXPORT GUIDE

Check an export before a sale

Practical habits for a clearer, more useful catalog.

1. Choose the actual importer

AuctionFlex and AuctionFlex 360 are different profiles. Other destinations can have multiple import workflows. Confirm the exact template and account access first.

2. Keep the identity intact

Compare titles, lot labels and suffixes, descriptions, and selected images before import. Destination formatting must not silently drop a maker or meaningful object type.

3. Check selling basis

Three objects sold as one set are not automatically three billable units. Confirm starting bids, reserves, quantity multipliers, and blank-versus-zero behavior in the destination.

4. Read the final listing

A downloaded CSV proves only that a file exists. Inspect the imported listing, image order, condition information, and sale settings before opening bidding.

5. Do not assume synchronization

File exports do not automatically withdraw a sold item on another platform. Keep a unique item in one binding sales workflow unless a supported synchronization arrangement exists.
