PHOTO GUIDE

Take the photos.
LotDone does the first draft.

You do not need to research the item or write a title before uploading. Clear photos are enough to start.

THE SIMPLE DIVISION OF WORK

You provide
Clear item and detail photographs.

LotDone prepares
The organized lot, draft title, draft description, optional presentation image, and export-ready fields.

1. Start with the whole item

Take one clear photograph that shows everything included in the lot. That gives LotDone the starting point for grouping and cataloging the merchandise.

2. Add the details you can see

Photograph the maker’s mark, label, underside, model number, signature, or visible damage when it is available. You do not need to interpret it or research it first.

3. Let LotDone write the title and description

LotDone uses the photographs to prepare the first catalog draft. If you know a special fact, add it. If you do not, leave the starting work to us.

4. Review instead of starting from zero

Confirm the item, quantity, visible condition, and important names. Correct a detail when needed; you should not have to compose every lot from an empty field.

5. Export to the platform you already use

Once approved, move the catalog through an available destination workflow. AuctionFlex is established, and additional leading auction platforms are supported as their templates and seller access are validated.

Bottom line: your photographs begin the job. Notes can improve a special lot, but notes are not a prerequisite for LotDone to create the first draft.
